As a coauthor of three books on communication, life balance and presentation skills, Allison Blankenship is sought after to both coach and train business executives and organizations in becoming powerful leaders and communicators.  Allison speaks across the country 150 times a year, many times to repeat clients year after year.

An award-winning career of corporate communications and marketing prepared Allison to consult with organizations on communicating under pressure, boost productivity, and become outstanding leaders.  After being honored as an Outstanding Young Woman of America, Allison became the youngest Regional Director of The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company and was a member of the management team that won the Malcolm Baldridge Quality Award.  She served as president of the Florida Speakers Association and has been a member of the prestigious National Speakers Association for more than 10 years.
