I work with managers and supervisors that have not been taught how to manage or supervise which causes a loss of respect and productivity. Blue Collar University was created to help blue collar managers and supervisors because I have been one of them and know their pain. When managers are not effective thye have a credibility issue with thir peers, employees and customers which is reflected in the bottom line. I help them keep and gain credibility and this earns them respect which equates to productive employees and loyal clients.
