He is a professional skilled at leading/facilitating groups of leaders toward true success. Buz is an entrepreneur experienced in creating opportunities for business and not-for-profit groups to become Teams. He is adept at assisting large & small clients reap the benefits of Adventure Consulting events. In addition, he specializes in one-on-one coaching for Team Leaders after the event to maximize the personal and team benefit of the training event.

Experienced in facilitating CEO Forums and directing intellectual and spiritual traffic in executive meetings. Buz has leveraged his 25 years of business experience as a springboard for service to executives across all industries. He is engaging on the podium and adept at getting people out of their seats to participate in activities that complement the ideas and concepts presented from the stage.
