Length: 2 days/16 hour classroom training, followed by supervised practice – options to receive certification (via email, 44 hours)
Number of Participants : minimum 5 participants for internal, single organization course, 8-20 for multi-organization or multi-national org courses/open call courses
Materials : Assessment provided via email to signed participants or organizations project coordinator prior to course date, hard copy binder with training materials for each participant in training location, follow-up forms and tools during practice period
Follow-Up Monitoring : Mandatory, supervised practice period as part of course to receive full certification, No-Charge MVP six month follow up program. Attendees may contact instructor for topic relevant questions by email or phone for six-months following presentation.

This interactive, informative and engaging two day seminar is specifically designed for supervisors, manager, young leaders and executives who have realized that a good leader also needs to be a coach and mentor for those he/she leads. The “Leaders as Coaches” program offers training to learn how to coach and mentor followed by a supervised practice period, after which participants receive a full coaching certification.
Being a certified coach and having completed the “Leaders as Coaches” program will enable participants to achieve their goals better, allow for a better work atmosphere and relationships within the organization, and improve the qualification of a participant, readying him/her for new challenges while advancing their careers.
The course is conducted by a trainer/facilitator team with huge experience in certification training having certified approximately 700+ individuals as coaches.
