Cheryl Kennedy, CMHT is the owner of Inner Transformational Hypnotherapy and Insightful Soul Inc., which is located in San Mateo, CA. Cheryl is a Certified Master and Medical Hypnotherapist. In Cheryls private practice her main expertise is in grief, trauma, stress, medical/pain issues, sleep, behavioral issues and healing. She has created a line of hypnotic CDs bringing out her best therapeutic techniques from her private practice for individuals to use in their own home. The CD topics are on Stress and a 4 package program for working through Emotions.

As a grief counselor, Cheryl facilitates childrens grief groups in a program called Healing Hearts. She is on a Critical Incident Stress Management team and acts as a crisis interventionist. Events she may encounter are school or workplace crisis. Cheryl debriefs groups with incidents usually related to sickness or death.

Cheryl is a Reiki Practioner at a major hospital and uses Hypnotherapy and Reiki in her Hospice work. She has knowledge of a variety of healing modalities. Cheryl recently began televising a show in Berkeley, CA called Empowering Your Healing and is an advocate of raising awareness of grief, stress and mental health.
