Dr. Dan Strakal is a renowned speaker, consultant, and media expert on the changing workplace, business life, and career success. He is an adjunct faculty member of the prestigious Ken Blanchard School of Business at Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona, and is known for his dynamic and interactive speaking style.

Along with his business expertise, Dan weaves in his experiences as a professional actor into each customized presentation. He has worked alongside Charlize Theron, Tommy Lee Jones, Kevin Costner, Jessica Alba, Kelsey Grammar, Dennis Hopper among others in several feature films and television programs. Dan is the author of the upcoming book, Montana-Style Management: Common Sense Tips for Today’s Leaders and has coauthored two books already in print, Better Job Search in 3 Easy Steps and Better Job Skills in 3 Easy Steps. He writes a bimonthly column, Strengthening the Client/Company Connection, which contains concise and timely information and ideas to assist corporate and government leaders, educators, and employees to be as productive and successful as possible. He is also a regular contributor to The Journal of Medical Practice Management® which has a 20-year track record of providing cutting edge information to leaders and managers to help them work smarter and more efficiently. In all, Dan has written over one hundred business- and career-related articles for a variety of publications.
