As a seasoned speaker, workshop leader, and member of the National Speaker’s Association, my absolute passion is to give people the skills and inspiration to break through the barriers—visible and invisible—that are holding them back. For the last 20 years, I’ve worked with thousands of people at companies like American Express, Roche Pharmaceuticals, Rockport, Pfizer, Dun & Bradstreet, Reebok, Tommy Bahama, Ralph Lauren Footwear, Novartis Oncology, Novartis Consumer Health, New York Life, The Prudential, and many others—strengthening their skills in success-critical areas such as conflict management, confident communication, business writing, positive expectation, negotiation and persuasion skill, and personal and team leadership.

Through a lifelong commitment to nutrition and a career as a group fitness instructor, I have a deep passion for the importance of health, vitality, and physical fitness in building powerful, positive changes in our lives and have worked with thousands of people to build their physical well being. Using this experience, I often weave a variety of supportive and valuable health and fitness concepts into my themes and messages.
