Dion Harding "The Closer," specializes in sales training and impactful keynote addresses. He has nineteen years of corporate sales experience with a Fortune 50 company. Dion enjoys addressing but is not limited to corporate sales teams, healthcare organizations, and department meetings.

Dion earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, and MBA from Florida A & M University, and has learned how to help sales representatives exceed their goals.  He has nineteen years of corporate sales experience, with Pfizer, Dion is no stranger to success when it comes to closing the sale. Dion has won every award his company offered, including "Representative of the Year," and the coveted "Vice President's Cabinet," three times. He has successfully launched over ten new products winning awards for each brand he helped launch. Later in his career he began training other sales representatives and regularly delivered the keynote address for new hire training classes. Additionally, Dion uniquely shares what he learned from his shortcomings and uses them to motivate listeners to new heights.

Dion is currently the President of 2 B Inspired, LLC, a sales training and professional development company. He authored the book entitled "Leadership the Book: Lessons Learned Through the Eyes of a Child."  Dion takes listeners and readers on a journey as to how he used his childhood experiences to his advantage during his career while encouraging the reader and listeners to do the same.
