Dr. Epps bring to your company a wealth of information and professional experience including his own success stories he learned over the past 25 years. He recently released his new book, "You Make the Difference: Educate, Motivate, Celebrate!" which is filled with his personal story of success, inspirational quotes, and poems to help anyone take their life and career goals to the next level.

He has been the feature talk show guest on two of Oprah\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s XM Radio programs: Meet the Peetes and The Rabbi Shmuley\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s Show. He is known by the Peetes as the Child Expert.

Dr. Elvis Epps grew up in Jackson, Mississippi and now lives in the Orlando, Florida area for the past 20 years. He is formerly a member of the U.S. Navy and Naval Reserves; he has more than 20 years of leadership development, training, and motivational speaking experience. Currently, Dr. Epps works as a School Administrator in the Orange County School District in Orlando, Florida. Elvis Epps & Associates is a leadership and management firm known as Motivating Others to Reach Excellence (M.O.R.E.). The firm provides helpful solutions and strategies for building working relationships among teams, strategies to help individuals set and reach their personal and organizational goals, and strategies for helping leaders achieve success by assessing, evaluating, and implementing key steps using the CIPP Model.

As an innovative and inspirational school administrator, Dr. Epps has implemented unique ideas to make a difference in student achievement at his school. He believes that every moment in school is a teachable moment.  He implemented a discipline management program called the 20/20 mentoring program, which reduced discipline referrals by 50% at his school. The program was recognized by Disney World as an outstanding school wide program in Central Florida. He focuses on student data and organzational trends and patterns to help him establish culture expectations for his staff.

In addition to being a school administrator, Dr. Epps is an Educational and Organizational Management Consultant and President for this firm. He travels the country speaking to thousands of students, parents, district and state leaders, as well as community and political leaders about organizational management, mentoring, and cultural diversity in the schools, community, and workplace. Dr. Epps has been a lecturer at the University of Central Florida on the topic of “7 Effective Teaching Strategies for Cultural Diverse Classrooms.” He has presented and conducted workshops and seminars at several national conferences on numerous educational and leadership topics. He is an Associate Professor of Education in the Univ. of Phoenix College of Education, Central Florida area.

Dr. Epps believes that "everyone can do something" when given the opportunity and the proper training. He believes that you have what it takes to move from good to great in all you do.
