Dr. Brian Grossman is an executive consultant, trainer, coach and clinician specializing in organizational optimization. His specific focus is working with managers and supervisors to support them in facilitating optimal performance from underachieving employees. Dr. Grossman has provided training for numerous organizations including JPL, Burlington Northern-Sante Fe Railroad, Goodwill Industries, Hewlett Packard, IBM, the IRS and the US Treasury.

He has worked with underachieving managers, employees, children, and adolescents to maximize their performance. He is known for his expertise in assessment and consultative training. As the Senior Psychologist coordinating outpatient mental health at a maximum-security prison (supervising 45 masters-level therapists), Dr. Grossman gained considerable experience and insight into performance optimization in the toughest circumstances.

With a wry sense of humor and the unique ability to enable adults, employees, executives and students to laugh while learning, Dr. Grossman has a unique approach to consulting, training and coaching. He believes that humor opens people up to the essence of integrating new skills.
