Ed Parris has been a manager for most of his adult life, including positions in the construction industry, education, government sector, and non-profit agencies. He is founder and Executive Director of Work Now Services, a non-profit corporation dedicated to helping entry-level workers learn the “success behaviors” that will serve them well in their jobs. Over the past ten years, Mr. Parris has helped over 1500 welfare recipients enter the workforce, and over 120 of them have achieved management-level positions. His creative approach teaches people to live happier and more enriching lives by becoming more dedicated and productive workers.

In addition to being a successful manager, Mr. Parris is a creative writer and actor, and an engaging public speaker. He has built a stellar reputation upon his abilities to lead, negotiate, motivate and communicate.
