A true magician in every sense of the word, Erik Carlson is a sought after international speaker with decades of sales, management and performance experience, whose work has earned him Million Dollar Round Table status, ranking him among the best in the industry. He has shared the stage with renowned speakers such as John Maxwell, Josh McDowell, Sue Thomas and Lee Strobel.

Having built a financial producer group, and as proprietor of three successful businesses, Erik knows first hand about building organizations and how to effectively manage sales teams. A certified pension specialist and financial advisor, Erik has conducted over 400 sales and training meetings. While working for one of the largest financial firms in the world, Erik increased revenue by 5 million dollars a year within his producer group.

Helping people transform their lives is no new passion for Erik. As a former Orthotics and Prosthetics practitioner at the prestigious Children’s Hospital and Medical Center in Seattle, Washington, he helped to improve the quality of life for children with debilitating birth defects by providing artificial limbs and braces to help them walk, adapt to life and overcome serious obstacles.

Above all, Erik’s most magical role is being an entertainer. A member of the International Brotherhood of Magicians, Erik has performed at the Magic Castle in Hollywood (one of the most famed magic clubs in the world). His comedy has even landed him on the big screen: writing, acting and performing magic. A multitalented presenter, Erik has been featured on numerous television and radio shows across the United States and Europe and has recorded two albums (as part of the singing group “Second Glance”).

Erik truly lives by the power of his message, Making A Great Impacting Change, both in his own life and in the lives of those around him. He currently resides in Rocklin, California with his wife Renee and their two children Christopher and Alina.
