Gregg Ward, CMC is a nationally known expert speaker, trainer and facilitator on diversity, conflict, sexual harassment prevention, guest service in hospitality, emotional intelligence, leadership, and teamwork. Since beginning his training career in 1986 as a specialist trainer for the New York City Police Department, Gregg has delivered over 2,500 separate training programs, keynotes and presentations to groups from 10 to 800 to audiences at some of the worlds largest corporations, non-profits and government agencies including AXA-The Equitable, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Ericsson Wireless, Ford Motor Company, Kaiser Permanente, Kraft Foods, Qualcomm, Siemens, The US Navy, and Warner Bros Studios. Gregg - in a previous life - had a very successful career as a professional actor, writer, director and producer in New York and London. He is well aware that there are few things worse in life than sitting through a program led by someone who isn't an expert trainer.
