ABOUT HATTIE 

For over 3 decades, Hattie has inspired individuals of all ages to create empowered lives of vibrant youth and radiant health. Her achievements include Adjunct Professor at Pembroke/Brown University; Holistic Wellness projects in the US, Japan, Tortola, Anguilla and Trinidad. 

Hattie's mission goes far beyond her attributes as an outstanding, internationally renowned Senior. In 1996, she coined the terms “RetroAge” and “Hattietudes” to introduce her uniquely positive take on   Holistic Living. Her upbeat optimistic style has inspired countless women and men to develop greater self-esteem, and to create fulfilling lives. 

Hattie's inspiring books, co-wrtten with best-selling author, Sallie Batson," RetroAge: The 4 Step Program to Reverse the Aging Process" (Berkley Books, 1997)" and "The Complete Idiot's Guide to Looking & Feeling Younger" (Alpha Books, 2000) have established Hattie as an expert on living life to its fullest.
