Jerry S. Siegel is a leader who has had a number of careers. After obtaining his MBA from New York University, he became a CPA. Jerry then spent twenty years in the full service truck leasing business starting as controller and working his way up to CEO of a company operating 725 trucks with 125 people in five locations. After leaving to go into business for himself, Jerry operated an automotive “supermarket” that performed all types of services for cars and light trucks while installing cellular telephones, stereos and alarms. On selling that facility as a result of an auto accident, Jerry went into management consulting and has helped companies ranging from a delicatessen to an industrial laundry improve their operations and their profitability. Sixteen years ago he added management training and development and executive coaching to the services he provides.

Jerry now works with executives, managers, salespeople, supervisors and other personnel in coaching, communication, goal setting, management skills, motivation, organizational development, personal leadership, supervisory and time management and has helped senior management at companies including Arrow Electronics, Capital One, Citibank, Enzo Biochem, Ernst & Young and Grant Thornton increase productivity. He has delivered motivational training programs for The Long Island Association, Queensborough Community College and The United Way and also served as President of The Syosset Chamber of Commerce. He lives continuous improvement and helps his clients utilize more of their potential to obtain better results for themselves, their families and their organizations.
