John specializes in corporate breakouts, training, coaching, and keynotes, as well as in role modeling and behavior for celebrities.
Putting God first has led to many rewards for John in business, community engagement, and familty life. He has been privileged to travel to all continents but Africa and Antarctica sharing award-winning business principles with the motive to make these practical and successful for others. His clients have included Sun Microsystems, Volkswagen of America, McDonald's, Tata Chemical (India), US Department of Defence, FedEx, Chase Manhattan Bank, AB Electrolux (Italy), MashreqBank (United Arab Emirates), KPMG Peat Marwick, US Vice President Gore's National Performance Review Committee, The Hong Leong Group (Malaysia), International Paper, GES Exposition Services, Dubai Port Authority, Norfolk Southern, Spherion, Memphis City Schools, Buckman Laboratories, Potash Corporation, and many others. John led a Baldrige winner - the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award is the highest business award in the United States. He has 14 years of corporate headquarters management experience for a Fortune 100 company and over ten years international management consulting experience for primarily large organizations. He specializes in full company assessments and continuous improvement, customer satisfaction, leadership, measurement systems, and has many years of facilitation experience as well as morality leadership, which is a good model for celebrities, including franchise athletes, to follow. In his off duty hours John has volunteered extensively in Business As Mission, nature projects, acting chair of a large local business association, heading a leadership council in a local volunteer branch of an international volunteer organization, and until the local track was closed, as a pit road crew member for a NASCAR style race car driving experience. He was recently given the Daily Point of Light Award by President George H. W. Bush (41), "honoring individuals and groups creating meaningful change in communities across America". John has three grown children and three pre-school grandchildren. |
