Julian Jackson is a well versed Military Veteran. After 20 years in the miltary and 17 as a Equal Opportunity Officer Logistics Officer and Pilot, Julian has worn many hats.

As an officer, Julian was trained to manage and lead as many as 800 plus personnel in which he had to motivate, manage, and train members of the US Military to be physically fit, technically skilled, and better leaders. His calm, cool, collected yet highly effective style  has been described as a laid back type-A personality.

Julian was assigned as the Military Equal Opportunity Officer and conducted seminars on prevention of discrimination and sexual harassment. Additionally, he was awarded the coveted Master Instructor title for teaching over 3000 hours of logistics in the Air Force and named the outstanding instructor pilot in the overwhelming majority of classes he taught while assigned as an Army helicopter instructor pilot at Ft Rucker, Al.

He was deployed to assist in Operation Iraqi and Enduring Freedom with the Air Force's Elite Corps of Combat Engineers in which they were lauded by the 2 Star General Dowd, in charge at the pentagon, for surpassing all other combat engineering units cargo and personnel movements after President Obama's directive to lift and shift forces from Iraq to Afghanistan.

Upon their return, he effectively developed and trained his staff and team to receive 33% of the superior performer awards when only making up 15% of the unit while earning an excellent for the phase he led during an Operational Readiness Inspection conducted in 2009 by the Air Force Inspector General team that inspects units all over the world. The inspection team was quoted as saying "Best they had seen to date" in regards to cargo and personnel readiness.

He is a passionate speaker with the ability to ensure his audience "Gets" the message and energizes every crowd he speaks to. His amazing and funny stories of managing a cockpit to managing personnel are sure to hold the attention of any audience.
