Kate Trygstad brings over 26 years of leading organization change, building teams, designing business processes and organizations, training and facilitating teams both in the federal and private sectors as well as experience in small business with her company. She understands peoples starting place. She combines business knowledge and leadership expertise with her knowledge of organization dynamics, gained from her Masters degree in organization development, to provide expert client support. Her expertise includes organization transformation, change management and experiential training that support clients in understanding key strengths and issues and undertaking desired improvements to their effectiveness. She regularly conducts training in leadership and management for varied clients and in laying the groundwork for achieving dramatic change. Kate strives to bring out the best in everyone and help organizations thrive. She does this by helping people establish connections - with themselves to discover their own capacities, and with each other to explore their teams creative power and courage. The power of experiential learning underlies Kates work. Her work is also informed by appreicative intelligence, the ability to see in each person and each team the greatness they can attain.
