Profile
Katherine Ann Roe Sainz, MScPsy, BAPsy, BAEd
"THE instrument of change for the better - She\\\'s Amazing." "I\\\'ve never been so Challenged and have never had so much fun becoming a better asset to my field."
These are but two quotes from previous attendees of Katherine\\\'s presentations. Her ratings as a presenter at Temple College are further proof that whoever enters her learning sphere, is in for a challenging yet fun ride toward increased goal achievement. It just happens as a rule in Katherine\\\'s book, and it\\\'s a train-ride that many say is very worth the ticket price.
After several years in the medical business management field (1982-1989; Congress of Neurological Surgeons and Warren Professional Services), Katherine turned to honing her skills in education and achieved her goal of becoming a generalist K-12 and Special Needs educator in 1990. She decided to further her knowledge in psychology and attained a second bachelor degree (BAPsy,Thomas Edison State, NJ) and a subsequent masters degree ( MSPsy,Walden University). This training alongside her concurrent work in education, would show her the way toward an accomplished career in psychologically focused endeavors in education and organizational management (Executive Director of IHCenter/Big Sky Education and Research, Consulting Director at Marsalom, Inc., Temple College faculty member, and Texas Independent School District teacher trainer, staffing consultant, and administrative design consultant *Sam Greer, Superintendent Region XIII, TX).
Katherine\\\'s skills and 17 years of experience in education, research, and private consultation provide expertise in many subjects to include tailored presentations specifically for the client or corporation requesting her professional attention (See "Courses").
