He focuses on delivering and developing real skills that can be used immediately.

Kirk has logged more than 2000 hours in one-on-one interviews with CEOs, IT managers and small business owners. He has a long career of managing teams from 10 to 100 and specializing in international partnerships and alliances - Kirk knows the pressures of business and how to create opportunities from adversity. He is a two time cancer survivor and the author of The Happiness Factor: How to be Happy no Matter What! Praised by Stephen Covey as 'edifying and inspiring.'  Kirk brings that same level of learning and inspiration to his presentations, workshops and coaching.

Kirk holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and attended the Whittier College School of Law.
