After earning her law degree in 1999, Ms. Beechner worked in Rochester, New York for the law firm of Osborn, Reed & Burke where she handled a variety of cases in the areas of products liability, general negligence and medical malpractice. She then relocated to Orlando, Florida and worked for the national defense firm of Marshall Dennehey Coleman & Goggin for over 7 years. She has spent most of her career defending large companies, small business owners and even individuals in lawsuits ranging from premises and products liability to sexual harrassment. In addition, she has attended a number of seminars on risk management and has been asked to develop employee handbooks for small businesses. |
