Lynne Frost, JD, has over 20 years combined experience in education and law. She has been a teacher, a lawyer, entrepreneur, a trainer, and currently uses her skills to consult with, train and coach individuals and businesses.

Her multi-disciplinary background includes degrees in Education and Psychology and a graduate degree in Law. In addition to her formal education, she has taken numerous post-graduate courses and seminars on diverse topics including employment law, corporate structures, taxation, time management and stress management. Lynne’s quest for knowledge and continued self development is further demonstrated by her voracious love of reading; it enables her to continue to develop her knowledge and understanding of the relationship between business success and human nature.

She has taught countless individuals across the country. Her style is unique and attendees often remark that she has the ability to take complex and sometimes boring topics and make them understandable and fun. She brings common sense and practicality to teaching and provides hands-on exercises that give attendees the skills to apply what they have learned to their daily lives.
