Michael has more than 17 years experience in various corporate leadership positions and has also taught at the community college level. He has presented seminars to business, educational institutions, and government agencies. Michael has a humor based style and employs considerable real world events to the training.

Michael is an avid reader and sports fan, and considers his biggest vice to be a love of the Chicago Cubs baseball team.
