Nancy Telzerow has been working as a coach, trainer, mentor for more than 14 years. Her skill as a motivator is only superceded by her innate ability to listen to her audience and completely tailor her presentation to meet their specific needs. Whether it's working one on one or speaking to groups of thousands, Nancy's message will reach all because it is at once compelling and entertaining.

Her approach is to provide her attendees with a new skill set that they can use to ultimately give them more confidence and a formula for success. She believes that customer service can make or break a company regardless of the product. When Nancy is speaking to your group, she takes the team approach so as a group, all can work together with a feeling of freedom to experiment, stumble and achieve an AHA moment.

Her client list includes: Rockwell Automation, Toyota, Bell and Howell, AGA Gas, Audio Unlimited and Ventura Foods to name just a few. She has played the role of Corporate Spokesperson for these companies as well as trained their employees to sell, provide customer service and has focused on honing their presentation skills. 

She is highly experienced in the art of improvisation. She can help her attendees learn how to take the skills they have, the knowledge they have mastered and create something on the spot as is often necessary when an impromptu situation arises in the corporate setting.

  With more than a decade of membership in the Screen Actors Guild and the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists, she has had extensive exposure working on the media herself doing anything from co-hosting an animal show with Jack Hanna to Facilitating numerous panel discussions about the Business of the Business. She has served on countless union committees and is currently a member of the AFTRA Board. Nancy has trained many on camera talent as well as radio talent on the art of presenting in the media and is an adjunct professor at her alma mater, Baldwin Wallace College. Her classes are Radio and TV Announcing and Acting in Film/ Theater.
