Profile

Paul is an award winning inspirational and motivational speaker, trainer and facilitator... and he loves that he get's to help people create positive changes in their lives.

A 12 year veteran of the King County Sheriff's Department, Paul spent much of his career working with street gangs.  Drawing on his experience he re-channeled his efforts and for the last 13 years has been working to positively impact the lives of people before law enforcement sees them.  In his trainings, programs and keynote addresses, Paul provides the tools people and organizations need to ensure a brilliant and happy future.

Paul has provided numerous trainings and keynotes for a multitude of companies, associations and conferences to include the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Northwest Human Resource Management Association (NHRMA) and the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD).  His company also has a Master Contract with the Washington State Department of Personnel

He has over 25 years of experience in helping people better themselves and misses that he doesn't get to drive as fast as he used to in his police days - but he's working on that.

Paul has presented his Seven Steps to Phenomenal Management to the largest HR conference ever in Singapore.  He has produced an audio CD on Compassionate Leadership is a member of the American Management Association and has appeared on Radio Disney and the Today Show.
