Paul Meshanko is an author, professional speaker and seminar leader with over
15 years of adult education experience. After a 12-year career with AlliedSignal’s
(now Honeywell) Automotive Group, he joined Edge Learning Institute in 1997 to
open and manage the company’s Cleveland sales office. Edge Learning is a 32 year-old Tacoma, WA-based provider of individual and team effectiveness training curricula.
Since joining Edge, Paul has addressed thousands of professionals across North American in the manufacturing, healthcare, financial services and government sectors. His speaking themes revolve around organizational culture, workplace diversity, personal performance, change management, teambuilding, time management and work-life balance. Spanning the range from start-ups to Fortune 50, his clients include Progressive Insurance, Semantic, The Ohio State University, Parker Hannifin Corporation, The Cleveland Clinic,
the U. S. EPA and McGraw-Hill Education.
Paul holds a business degree from The Ohio State University and a Masters in
Business Administration from Baldwin Wallace College. He is an active member
of the American Society for Training and Development’s Cleveland Chapter.
His latest book, Conversations on Success, was released in May 2005.
