What could learning his secrets to the art of persuasive negotiations do for for you where you work, or elsewhere? Bob starts your seminar with a question-answer, interactive review of typical techniques and readily assimilated methods of conflict resolution. Then, so you can be a part of the solution, someone who helps contain, manage, and process disputes, Bob involves you to produce resolution results, the creation of settlement agreements that work. Whether you are in dispute as an individual, or one of a group, and regardless that the conflict may be over money or "principal" (not including husband and wife, or international disputes), Bob shows you how to apply the art of negotiation to create results, not regrets.
