In his practice Robert counsels CEO’s, boards of directors, managers, supervisors and employees. Prior to founding Meyers & Heim LLP Robert was a senior official with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission where he supervised the regulation of financial institutions and brought enforcement cases involving insider trading, accounting fraud, corporate governance and other business related violations of law.
