Dr. Rosie Kuhn, founder and CEO of The Paradigm Shifts Coaching Group is the preeminent thought leader in the field of transformation, coaching, coach training and leadership development. Her work, in a nutshell is to empower people who empower people.

Rosie is brilliant in her capacity to champion transformation within organizations. She has her finger on the pulse of the current global paradigm shift, which gives her an extraordinary fluidity with cognitive, emotional and spiritual acumen.

Engaging and charming, Rosie is an artist in her capacity create a relaxed environment that allows her clients and trainees to assimilate with ease the practical applications of the sometimes dense and complex principles of growth and development. She cultivates curiosity, fun and steadfastness to an ever deepening process of expanding the capabilities of every individual and organization.

In the year 2001, Rosie created the Transformational Coaching Training Program in Silicon Valley, CA and has been facilitating that program for the past ten years. Her unique model of coaching and being an agent of change has been built upon her understanding of the domains of awareness of our humanity; the foundations of which was laid upon systems theory, psycho-spiritual education and years immersed in the field of addictions. Her expansive breadth of knowledge and experience spans quantum physics to cosmic consciousness.

Working with Rosie requires integrity, accountability and full commitment to actualize the desired outcome. Her fierce, compassionate nature balanced with being graceful under fire allows clients to enter each session and course with full trust that they will be held with dignity and that their outcome will be fully realized.

Outside of her career, Rosie makes her home in the Pacific Northwest. She sailed across the Atlantic Ocean, aboard a 93 ft schooner and cruised the coast of Europe and North America. Her second book, The Unholy Path of a Reluctant Adventurer tells the story of her choice-making process that took her to the far reaches of appropriate womanhood and closer to her own true essence of being.
