Biography,

Saitia Faaifo, who is of Samoan ancestry, is a dynamic combination of trainer, educator, motivational speaker and activist. Faaifo's humble beginnings began as a youth growing up on the popular town of Kalihi, on theislandofOahu. 

Throughout his freshman book titled, The Riches for Respect (Author House, 2006), Saitia illustrates an unwillingness to separate himself from ethics, leadership, and human dignity. For example, on page 14 of his book he shares, "A Lesson In Leadership From My Heart." Here, Saitia Faaifo masterfully depicts his experience about his decision to ignore peer pressure and openly support a female classmate who was being teased during lunchtime because of a disfigured face. 

Mr. Faaifo's professional management career began with numerous promotions with Gourmet Specialties, Tree of Life and even 6 in 6 years with Alameda County's (CA, USA) Two Count. Throughout his professional career, Saitia has used his speaking engagements to introduce his theme: "Respect is the universal language."  Faaifo's professional speaking career was ignited after watching a PBS special featuring motivational speaker, Les Brown.  The experience led him to read Brown's book, The Courage to Live Your Dreams and become the dynamic speaker and author he is today. Although his primary audiences represent the Polynesian and Hawaiian cultures, his unifying message allows him to connect with diverse audiences. 

Recently he made two successful book tour stints to his native homeOahuwhere he was welcomed by the Mayor, and several local high schools.  

Saitia's integrity has earned him a reputation as the most powerful motivational speaker fromHawaii.
