My world is continually filled with excitement! A background in business and higher education (President in both), has provided a platform of experience and insight that goes well beyond the norm. Whether I’m involved with a business turn-around or a college/university dealing with management problems, it’s always a thrill to be part of a successful transition. Four words have guided me for many years and have shaped my management philosophy. They are: People – Communication – Responsibility – Accountability. Managing all four – and instilling their principles in employees – cannot be overlooked. I have given many talks on this subject and they never get old!
