Having spent the last 30+ years in the power generation industry, mostly in construction and repair, I may be considered an expert in Safety, Quality Control, Project Management, Leadership, OSHA, and Sexual Harassment.
The main focus of my life's work has been to "Keep The Lights On". This Core Value has set the standard for not only my relationship with the machinery, but also my interaction with people for all walks of the economic, ethnic, and gender spectrum. Having worked in 49 of the 50 states and most of the Pacific Rim, the world has been wonderful. I bring these values to all of my teaching and presentations.
As a United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Millwright (UBC) certified instructor in Power Generation, OSHA Certified Safety and Industrial Instructor, with Disaster Site Training and a long list of Post Secondary School training you can rest assured the very best training will be afforded.
As a graduate of The Nuclear Power Institute, training in Aeronautical Engineering at UCLB, and hundreds of Journeyman Millwright Qualification Classes from the Boardroom to the Break Trailer on a job-sites, I will bring you the programs to insure your peoples greatest strengths.
