There is nothing that leads people to success more than an understanding of what they do, why they do it, and a passion for who they do it for.
How much time, effort, and money have you spent on becoming successful? How many more times have you been disappointed that the outcome was not what you had expected? Is it because the information was bad? Most likely not. Then why is it working for others and not you?
The information you have learned has probably been very well researched and may, in fact, offer key strategies that can help you become successful in either business or personal life. However, they miss the key fundamentals that link conception to success. Like building a million dollar home on sand, or using the best wine making processes with oranges as your fruit, without the proper foundation even the best-laid plans of mice and men are often laid to waste, according to John Steinbeck.
Everything in the whole universe, from the smallest building block of life to your daily interactions, is governed by universal laws. When you know these laws, you can use them to find success in everything that you do. Those speakers, authors, coworkers, and associates whom you try to learn from and model have taught you greatly about the processes that made them successful, but they did not start with the foundation. This is where I come in.
I will reveal to you the universal laws that dictate how everything operates. I will start at the beginning and train you to establish the foundation of success. Once the foundation is laid you will be capable of being successful in every area of your life as long as you are willing to make the effort. This training is vital for everyone, but can be used greatly in those individuals in the business of sales. If your goal is to build a long, lasting, and exceptional referral-based business then you need this training. My name is Craig Brown. I am a graduate from the University of Texas at Dallas with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. Upon graduation I began following my passion for finance at CTX Mortgage as a mortgage loan consultant. I am a third generation loan originator so I already had vast prior knowledge of the industry, but I quickly became hungry to learn more and more. I went through a rigorous training process to become a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist from the CMPS Institute, a title of which only 1% of the mortgage originators in the industry hold. I joined the Financial Planners Association’s Dallas chapter, as I wanted to learn their side of the business as well. After countless courses, books, and training I came to a realization that it was not just enough for me to obtain this knowledge, I wanted to share it. And therein lies my passion: to help you be successful, make more sales, accumulate more clients, and do more business all while building and maintaining successful relationships with those dear to you when you leave the office.
As stated before, even though I teach mortgage and real estate specific knowledge and sales training, the same principles can be applied to anyone looking to build their business. The classes I offer are:

Even after the classes are over, my passion still lies in your success. I am always willing to provide personal, one-on-one training to solidify and expand on what you have learn. Subsequently, I can extend that to small group training. Whatever you feel is necessary for you and/or your team’s success.
