Profile

Biography:

Frank (Francesco ) S. Adamo
The Godfather of Believers

Frank is a detailed and results-oriented professional with a strong ability to work with people, both locally and abroad. He is a recognized expert in developing powerful, persuasive, and successful marketing plans. He has consulted with many major firms. Also he is highly proficient in troubleshooting, training, and supporting state-of-the-art technology with the ability to speak to small and large groups of people of all ages and he has proven abilities to identify, analyze and provide successful marketing solutions. He is author of “31 Tips to Becoming an Effective Presenter”.

Frank, Known to some as Francesco, the Godfather of Believers, is a communications and a certified career transition coach, international instructor/trainer, speaker, and published author,

Frank S. Adamo offers individual/group coaching sessions and a series of “Success through Effective Communications,” "Believe in Yourself," and the "Law of Attraction" workshops designed to impact even the most successful person. A techie, Frank specializes in working with technical professionals and simplifying technical documentations. He is passionate in helping others transcend their fears of speaking in front of audiences.

He recently contributed to a book, “Discover your Inner Strength,” with Brian Tracy, Ken Blanchard, and Stephen Covey. He also has attended a 7-day series of workshops with Bob Proctor, one of the contributors to “The Secret” and the Law of Attraction.  Frank has developed workshops and seminars based on discovery our inner strength and his own concepts of the Law of Attraction.

Frank (Francisco) received an M. S. degree in analytical chemistry and worked in the chemical industry for nearly 13 years as a chemist, supervisor, lab manager and a lab consultant. He’s also been a business/computer consultant for more than 20 years, having consulted with AT&T, Honda, and a variety of lesser known companies.

Frank has worked in Seoul, Korea, and has been to Canada, Mexico, the Philippines, India and Italy for both business and pleasure. He has indeed been more successful than many. Yet, he grew up introverted and lacking confidence. He rarely spoke up in high school and college — afraid his opinions would be ridiculed. Though he did well in school and in his career, he rarely felt deserving of his credentials.

Now, after – not years – but decades of lacking confidence and communication skills, and fearful of speaking in public, Frank is confident and fearless in speaking to others. He comes to you with his own unique perspective and understanding found nowhere else. As a communications coach, international trainer, author, and speaker , Frank assists others to find their passion and achieve their ultimate potential through his “Success through Effective Communications” workshop series.

Courses

Classes:

Transcend your Presentation Skills?

Have you ever needed to speak in front of an audience but you simply didn’t feel all that comfortable and you feared the outcome? Effective communications is essential for success; yet, the #1 fear for many is public speaking. You have the opportunity to minimize and even eliminate your fear of public speaking in a safe and positive growth environment. Learn how to transcend your fear by understanding the root causes of fear, realizing that fear is a positive emotion, and learning how to turn your fear into a world of excitement and enthusiasm. In fact, you may realize that public speaking can be enjoyable for both you and the audience

Be an Effective Presenter

Effective communications skills lead to success yet many of us give or have given presentations and delivered speeches without the essential knowledge of effective speaking. You will learn how to organize your speech/presentation; minimize your ahs, ums and other filler words; refine your message to impact the audience; visualize your message through effective body language; and inspire and engage your audience with your voice.

Be an Effective Networker

Networking can be the most efficient way to promote your business and find customers but you need to network effectively in order to find those prospects and turn them into customers. Learn what is networking and where, when, and how to network by attending this interactive and thought provoking workshop.

Creating and Delivering Effective Business Presentations

With today's technology, it is easy to assemble a series of slides and deliver a speech and call it a business presentation – but are we getting the results we expect? Though we will use PowerPoint, THIS IS NOT A POWERPOINT workshop. Rather, we will focus on identifying the key issues, organizing your presentation, preparing for your presentation, using visual aids to enhance (not to distract from) your presentation and, most importantly, effectively delivering your presentation with or without the use of PowerPoint or other visual aids.

Effective Communication Skills for ESL Employees

Speaking proper English and increasing one’s vocabulary is very important in communications but, equally or more importantly, is how we communicate with others. Learn to be more effective in speaking to individuals or an audience by using simple and concise vocabulary; by changing our pitch, duration, pace, and volume of our voice; by using appropriate gestures and body movement in moderation, by having eye contact with your audience, and by listening and focusing on the other person or audience.
