Some people once saw themselves as great athletes. Anthony Cooper, near sighted and an asthmatic, seemingly had no chance. No chance except for a special coach who took the time to coach him until he became a little league batting champ. That coach turned no chance into success by instilling the importance of doing what was asked, learning from others comments and endlessly trying to improve. Anthony Cooper has always believed in giving to others the special magic that coach gave to him.
A lifelong learner, Anthony Cooper, has followed the dictum of Winston Churchill, one of his heros, to become his own university.
Life has blessed Mr. Cooper with exposure to great people: A father who kept the family going in spite of years when his business earned no money; a boss who held down job stress when no one knew if a contract would still exist the next day Their example has stirred Mr. Cooper to take on challenges like developing an HMO from scratch, learning how to be a compliance auditor on his own and writing articles for publication.
As a Toastmaster Mr. Cooper has given to others by working together with fellow club members to perform MAGIC (Making a good impression consistently) at meetings.
The craft of speaking has been learned by mastering the wealth of roles Toastmasters offers (Timer, Grammarian, Sergeant at arms, Table Topics Master, Toastmaster, General Evaluator, Evaluator and Speaker).
Mr. Cooper is now combining everything learned into business training and executive coaching seminars for MVP Seminars, Inc. His intention is to provide riveting seminars on leadership, team building, identify theft that leave seminar attendees with tools and a community of interest that can support personal development efforts.
