Even when he started in the training business, delivering the sophisticated packaged training programs developed by Psychological Associates, Patrick was continuously thinking about how the programs affected participants and how they could be made better.

After ten years with a company that specialized in selling and delivering off-the-shelf training, Patrick went into business for himself. He wanted to offer his clients training that was precisely tailored to their needs. Over the next 15 years, his seminars have ever more closely matched the learning needs and styles of his participants. In recent years, Patrick has done more and more one-on-one coaching, whether for business executives or individuals doing specialized, high-value selling.

Patrick's clients have included companies in these industries and professions: pharmaceuticals, financial services, engineering, manufacturing and non-profit organizations. In each case, successful learning has depended on highly interactive delivery of material that is fresh and relevant.
