Erica M. Nelson is a captivating, inspiring speaker with two decades of professional experience inspiring others to succeed. As a former journalist for major California newspapers (including the Sacramento Bee), Nelson researches and prepares for each presentation with diligence and enthusiasm. Here are some of her professional credentials:

  • Author "Prospect When You Are Happy," a practical and inspiring sales primer for increasing your results by focusing on a positive mindset. Published in November 2007, available at www.Amazon.com, www.EricaMNelson.com and bookstores online everywhere.
  • Success coach and instructor Erica M. Nelson coaches dozens of realtors, entrepreneurs, and people from myriad backgrounds. Nelson is committed to helping students increase results with a joyful and positive approach to inspiring change.
  • Erica M. Nelson became a realtor with Keller Williams International, the fourth largest real estate company in the world in 2004. She quickly rose through the ranks to top 5 percent of 12,000 Silicon Valley realtors in her first year in business, and moved into mentoring realtors in her company and beyond.
  • In the early 1990s, Nelson graduated from the Boston College Center for Corporate Community Relations program with certification, and served for four years at Intel Corporation managing many aspects of the community relations program in Santa Clara, including philanthropy and volunteerism. At Intel University, Nelson taught courses to employees on many topics.
  • In the mid-1990s, Erica M. Nelson was the director of public relations for San Jose's public television station KTEH -- reaching millions of viewers in 9 Bay Area counties.
  • Erica M. Nelson served on the board of directors of Resource Area for Teachers, a nonprofit organization that serves over 5,000 teachers and educators by providing teaching tools captured from industry discards.

In addition to the content that is constant for each presentation, this instructor focuses on the needs of the class to tailor the presentation for greatest results.
