Curtis Hill obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, followed by a MSCS Degree with Honors. Since that time, he has used his skills to distinguish himself in a variety of high‐profile, senior management and executive level positions. Curtis has led and developed teams for Fortune 500 companies and brings more than 15 years of professional experience in business, teaching, mentoring, project leadership, customer service and management. His extensive experience in building and leading local, remote, and global teams make him an expert at positioning your staff for success.

Creating passion about customer service is Curtis’ secret weapon in developing devoted customers and building industry leading support teams. His innovative methodologies, processes, and measurements allow companies to create a culture of service which fosters growth and results.
