Don't Say the "P" Word at Work !
Whenever the word "Productivity" comes up in a business atmosphere everyone gets a little uncomfortable.
The truth of the matter is that no one really wants to talk about it! No one really wants to talk about one of three biggest contributors of increasing or decreasing your bottom line. PRODUCTIVITY
Eli's Formula: A+A=P&P
Learn how to use this formula to the betterment of not only the company but the individual employee also.
- Autonomy
- Accountability
- Profits
- Productivity
Around most work atmospheres the word productivity sends a negative shockwave through the minds of employees and their managers. People don't like the 'p' word. They don't ever want to hear that they have to do more for their money. Do you want people to instantly turn off? Well then bring up the word productivity. But I have something that will change the understanding of real productivity in corporate settings.
Realize that there are only three ways to make more money for your business. These being; sell more, cut back on costs & expenses, and the one that many companies and employees turn a blind eye to... productivity.
Why is it that? When we start talking about getting the most work out of people for what they're getting paid, everyone blows it off, changes the topic, or justifies their over-exaggerated workload while down deep inside knowing that they are realistically only working 3 out of the 8 hours that they are getting paid for. This lack in productivity can cost your company's bottom line more than you might realize.
Yes everybody wants a job where they really don't have to do much and get paid for it. This is human nature. Well those days are changing rapidly. Companies are tightening their bottom lines and having their accountants scrutinize the profit loss statements looking for ways to save money. Yes you can sell more, and you can cut more, but eventually each business will have to calculate the productivity of its employees versus its profit. That's where true productivity comes in. Forget the backrubs and the internet monitoring. Do away with the feel good meetings and the "ship's sinking" threats. Businesses need a true application of productivity. If you have an open mind I will show you how this is done.
Yes, many things can contribute to the productivity of an individual, but I believe that we need to go about gaining absolute productivity through an age old understanding of autonomy coupled with accountability.
Call me to let me teach you more of how this is done.
