Continue to study your business and keep abreast of what your potential competitors are doing.  Keep your products and services up to date, utilizing the most current and cutting edge knowledge, training, technology, and leadership styles.  

Remain flexible and open to the possibility for change - of product, services, attitude, delivery - whatever is needed to keep up with current trends, problems and dilemmas in your business, your life, local as well as world economics. 

Encourage your clients to contact you directly if they have a concern or problem with your product or service.  Make yourself available and truly listen to their concerns.  Build trust and maintain it over time.  In this fast paced, competitive world, a relationship you can trust is worth its weight in gold.  Be the one that is trusted, revered, admired and respected.  Maintain a high level of commitment to offering your clients the best that is available and inform your clients about your client focused intentions and goals.  Serve your clients well and business will take care of itself.
