I recently left the law firm world to begin practicing on my own. I am a registered U.S. Patent attorney, and I am also experience with contract drafting and negotiation, trademarks, copyrights, corporate matters, and litigation. I am a graduate of U.C. Berkeley and the University of San Francisco School of Law. I am a member of the Nevada Bar and have an inactive license in California, which can be activated anytime.
I offer friendly, personalized and cost-effective service. I will handle matters that I am experienced in, except that I do not have the resources to handle a large lawsuit or other dispute. I will accept other legal matters on a case-by-case basis.
I prefer to operate on a fee for service basis instead of using the traditional billable hours method. I want you to pay me for the value I provide to you regardless of how much time I take on it. However, I will bill by the hour for matters where I cannot predict at the outset how much work will be required.
