Mr. Lauriano is the executive director of Family and Community Support Services, Inc. a non-profit organization. Family and Community Support Services' mission to revitalize and strengthen family bonds by working towards the reunification of stratified families is that
if we help one child, we help the community. He is most known for critical developments in fatherhood engagement, family reunification, community organizing and advocacy/empowerment. In the last six years, he has facilitated the dialogue about engaging non-traditional, disconnected parents into becoming a part of their child’s academic team by creating home/school partnerships. Mr. Lauriano holds a degree in Police Science from John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York. He also studied Conflict Resolution at the CUNY Graduate Center.
