Course Format:
Morning Session
• Philosophic & historic overview on CHANGE
• Polarity of CHANGE: from stubborn resistance to the floppy pushover
• Experiential Practicum: Discovering our own response to CHANGE
• Balancing personal & work demands, while staying open to CHANGE
Afternoon Session
• Gauging the need for CHANGE, within our self & in our relationships
• Responding to those at work who are rigidly resisting CHANGE
• Learning to read others’ response to us when we are resisting CHANGE
• Experiential Practicum: Communication skills that facilitate CHANGE
Participants of this one-day seminar will come away with:
