When companies face the possibility of a labor issue of other problems related to their workforce, they air out these grievances through Alternative Dispute Resolutions (ADR).  This traditional method of handling disputes is sometimes effective; sometimes, it just breaks down into a hopeless case.  There are actually several conflict coaching models; each with its unique attributes to help increase the likelihood that the interpersonal conflicts will be resolved.  But these coaching styles also face some major challenges.  And to be effective coaches, the candidates must undergo training and strive to develop better ways to mend corporate conflicts.

In this study, the author focused on the different experiences of forty employees of Hispanic culture.  He conducted a quantitative research through exploratory questionnaires and statistical analysis.  Aside from giving voice to the Hispanic culture, the author also aims to present another viewpoint different from that of the dominant culture.  The results and conclusions of the author’s intensive work are all presented in this book.
