This Collection includes the 2006 (the inaugural year) issues of Workplace Wisdom, a monthly e-zine for friends & associates of Kelly Tyler Training Services. The first article each month is generally intended for those in leadership positions. The second article includes practical tips for all levels, with some emphasis on managers. Coffee Corner includes real life questions asked of Kelly Tyler, often referred to as the “Dear Abby of workplace interaction.” The articles were written for a broad audience with each month having something for everyone—executives, managers, staff, support, sales, marketing, and operations.
